Equipment before travelling
Users must supply fill hoses and adapters for both the station and their own tank. The municipality introduced this requirement following theft of shared equipment. A tap key does not supply the missing hose.
Most stations have three-inch male camlock connections. Ridgetown and Thamesville have two-inch camlocks. Check the fitting for the chosen station before bringing a vehicle or tank.

Tap keys and charges
Every listed station has moved to the tap-key system. New and replacement keys can be purchased at a Municipal Office. The account deposit is $125 and each key, including replacement, is $20.
Account deactivation for non-payment costs $125, and reactivation costs another $125. The page prices bulk water at twice the normal cubic-metre rate; it does not print one current dollar price per cubic metre.

Complete location scope
The 12 sections contain every station in the municipality’s source list. They cover multiple Chatham-Kent communities, not only urban Chatham. Use the community name together with the street address.
The source does not give each site’s opening hours, queue, turning clearance or accessible controls. Maps identify the listed address, not an independently checked entrance or current availability.
